The national weather service Chicago has issued a winter storm watch for the area. We ask that anyone that doesn't absolutely need to travel remain indoors for the duration of the storm. As always if you're in need of any help during the storm such as turning off broken water lines or safely moving from car to home for people with special needs & elderly, please feel free to call the department at 815-584-2373. The Department is also committed to providing shelter and emergency station power, until you can be safely transferred to a local warming agency.

Minooka Village Hall 121 E. McEvilly Road, Minooka 8 to 4:30 p.m.
