At approximately 1:04PM Dwight Fire mutual aid was requested for a car vs garbage truck. 1812 crew arrived to find one patient heavily pined into a vehicle. Lifeflight was requested by Dwight paramedics, extrication started using battery powered rescue tools main structural parts of the car were cut away exposing the patient and allowing the dashboard to be rolled forward freeing the patient. Advanced life support care was given by Dwight paramedics and patient care was transferred to Lifeflight crew.
