Limestone Dwight Salina Fire Academy Graduation

The Limestone Township Fire Protection District along with Dwight Fire Protection District and Salina Fire Department held a graduation ceremony on Saturday, July 8, 2017 for the graduation of the 21 fire recruits who completed their training at the Limestone Dwight Salina Fire Academy. The graduation was held in the bays of the Limestone Township Fire Protection in front of fire trustees, fire officers, family and friends.

The program began with a prayer from FF. Jason Hayes and remarks from Limestone Chief Mike Whalen, Dwight Fire Chief Paul Johnson, the Valedictorian Destiney Dangerfield, and heard from Class Speaker Firefighter Meghan Sieling. The graduates were presented their certificates of completion by Fire Chiefs Riegel, Whalen, and Johnson.
