Dwight Fire Protection District Personnel were invited to attend Grundy County Heroes & Helpers Dueling Piano fundraiser June 29th in Coal City, Illinois.

Heroes and Helpers is a non-profit committee of Grundy County Sheriff's Office Police Foundation with the mission to serve Grundy County children and families who are in need.

All proceeds go towards the organizations upcoming December event, Shop with a Hero where recipients will have the opportunity to shop for necessities and receive toys for Christmas.
Hero's are comprised of Sheriff's, Police, Fire, and EMS. Dwight Fire contributed towards the fundraising with a raffle prize of a birthday party at Dwight Fire!
